Another is fresh relevant content. When you add your recently completed projects to your online portfolio you satisfy one important, often overlooked indexing factor.

Adding a web site address to your vehicles, trailers, signage and business cards turns each one into a resource you do not presently have. Folks can take a look at you without you ever meeting them. Neighbors in communities you are working in will check out your website out even if they do not talk to you. Your vehicle introduces folks to you everywhere you go, when you are picking up supplies, stopping for lunch, shopping for groceries, rolling down the road, anywhere you park a trailer or vehicle for a job. Again you are missing out on valuable exposure for your business. Think about it,  folks can do it from their phone.
